Breeze - Bobby Hebb's final studio production

Breeze, which starts off Bobby Hebb's Instrumentalist CD, is the final track that Bobby supervised in a recording studio shortly before his passing in August of 2010. Almost a counterpoint to "Sunny" where the songwriter utilizes one word from a weather pattern, the lighthearted jazz groove is to reflect the birds in his yard when Bobby was composing the material at his home in Nashville. Bobby wrote the song for President Barack Obama who should be pleased by the tight arrangement which reflects noted soundtrack producer Gerald Wilson whose You Better Believe It! album was one of Bobby's favorites.
